Black Forest Cake
Using asian baking technique, this Black Forest cake is super light and fluffy, whilst not overly sweet. Layers of soft chocolate chiffon sponge, filled with fresh vanilla cream and our house made cherry compote (with cherry liquer). Decorated with fresh or glace cherries (when fresh cherries are not in season) and dark chocolate shavings. This cake tastes heavenly!
