Using asian baking technique, this pandan sponge cake is super light and fluffy, whilst not overly sweet. Filled with layers of fresh cream, our signature house made coconut custard, decorated with edible flowers, toasted coconut flakes and a drizzle of gula melaka syrup. For cake orders, the gula melaka syrup will be packed in a seperate container for you to drizzle over the cake when ready to be served. Please allow 3 days notice when placing your order. Available in: Medium 8” (serves 8 - 10) only.
