Pandan Sponge Cake
Using asian baking technique, this pandan sponge cake is super light and fluffy, whilst not overly sweet. Filled with layers of fresh cream, our signature house made coconut custard, decorated with edible flowers, toasted coconut flakes and a drizzle of gula melaka syrup. For cake orders, the gula melaka syrup will be packed in a seperate container for you to drizzle over the cake when ready to be served. Please allow 3 days notice when placing your order. Available in: Medium 8” (serves 8 - 10) only.

Due to the high demand for our cakes, we recommend ordering your cake with as much notice as possible. During busy times, we may not be able to accept all orders placed.
Cake orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
